We have a client that is a 30 bed subacute unit within an acute care hospital
This is 30 bed unit. It is similar to a skilled nursing facility (in terms of title 22 and OBRA). However the patients are mostly ventilator or trach. dependent.
They would be like a DON with med/surg experience within the past 2 years!!!
This person must be an RN.
Salary is $huge!!! + bonus with a terrific benefit package. It is worth 30% of the person’s salary. Salary may be negotiable.
